Hotel Brunelleschi

A few steps from Florence’s Duomo, Hotel Brunelleschi has quite a past of its own, occupying the ancient Pagliazza Tower and a former medieval church. Inside, rooms favour contemporary Italian design, with selected suites looking towards the cathedral. The private museum reveals Roman remains, adding another chapter to the building’s story. Between sightseeing, there’s handmade pasta at Osteria Pagliazza and cocktails at the Tower Bar. It’s an address worth leaving time for, even with Florence outside the door.
