Heckfield Place

Hampshire’s finest hideaway, Heckfield Place was a labour of love for its owner, who refused to open its doors until it was just right. Perfection was achieved in the form of two Skye Gyngell restaurants, 400 acres of glorious grounds, a screening-room and daily tea and cake in the grand drawing rooms. The spa is manned by Bodyism trainers, with treatments that use Wildsmith products, named after the estate’s 19th-century head gardener. The best bit: it’s just an hour outside of London.
