Set in the former Seville hotel (with the original sundial, diving board and red clock intact), this Miami retreat has since been bestowed the Edition brand’s signature stylish makeover. In this case, that meant adding a hedonistic hideaway to the basement (a nightclub, bowling alley and ice-skating rink, all lit up in fluorescent lights), the portrait-lined Matador Bar and a Jean-Georges restaurant for a start. The palm-tree-packed grounds include two pools and an outdoor cinema on the sand.
