André Balazs’s legendary West Hollywood lair is an A-listers’ playground on the Sunset Strip, with two restaurants, a series of bungalows and cottages, and a party-ready pool. As is fitting for somewhere peopled with film stars, the ninety-year-old ‘castle on the hill’ has seen its share of drama over the years – whether it’s Peter O’Toole tap-dancing in the lobby or Marilyn Monroe and Arthur Miller (or Kate Moss and Johnny Depp) getting up to no good – but don’t expect the staff to spill.
