Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc

Of all the hallowed hotels that line the Côte d’Azur’s starry shores, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc is by far the most glamorous. This grandest grande-dame in Antibes has been welcoming high society for a century and a half now. They come for its 22 acres of gardens that lead down to the sea, the champagne lounge looking out across the Bay of Cannes, the saltwater infinity pool carved into the rocks – and to try and nab one of the Med-facing cabanas hidden between pine groves and the water’s edge.
