The Lake Como EDITION

With an expected opening date of August 2025, The Lake Como EDITION promises to up the ante on this iconic destination, taking over the former Britannia Excelsior Hotel. Expect 145 rooms, a floating pool and a dining scene worthy of the backdrop. Between the mountains and the lake, this sophisticated refresh will likely draw the well-heeled crowd keen on a stylish, understated escape.

Naples, Florida, may be small, but it’s big on upscale hospitality. This Four Seasons newcomer plans to turn heads in March 2025 with a breezy beachside garden, multiple restaurants and lounges, and private residences. With its Gulf-front location and ambitious design, this could be the new go-to for those who love their sunshine served with style.

Toronto is about to get its first Nobu hotel, currently scheduled for June 2025, and it’s making quite an entrance. Rising 45 storeys above the city, Nobu Hotel Toronto sits atop one of Nobu’s signature restaurants, spread across two floors with a sushi bar, terrace and private dining options. With panoramic skyline and lake views, plus suites designed with minimal Japanese elegance, it’s shaping up to be a statement piece for the city.

Mykonos is known for its whitewashed beauty, and the Four Seasons plans to make the most of it. This new property spans from the beach to the cliffs, with courtyards, winding paths and stunning piazzas making up its Cycladic-inspired layout. Guests can expect 94 rooms, suites and villas, plus a modern café and an infinity pool with prime Aegean views. The hotel currently plans to open its doors in July 2025.

Fitzrovia is getting a new addition, courtesy of Kinsfolk & Co, with The Newman slated to open next June. With 81 rooms, a brasserie, a cocktail bar and an entire wellness floor, this isn’t your average London launch. The top suite, which comes with a rooftop terrace and covers a whole floor, has already got people talking. Expect it to be as popular with locals as it is with visitors.
